Why we built it

Writing has always revealed the deep potential within every learner. It shows how a student thinks, where they struggle, and what they have truly understood. I built CheatLess to protect that growth and to give it back to students by supporting teachers in a form they can trust.

Rather than judging a finished piece of text, CheatLess looks at how the writing came to be. The effort, the thinking, the way real work takes shape over time. That is something you can actually see, and it is far closer to what teachers care about in the first place. It means the credit goes to the students who did the work, and it gives you a fair, honest read on every submission.

What we believe

This platform aims make teachers more confident, not more suspicious. Every assessment CheatLess surfaces is a starting point for a conversation, never a verdict handed down over a student's head. The teacher always makes the final call. Our job is to give them a clear, honest view and then step out of the way.

Honest students should never pay for the dishonest ones. That belief shapes every decision made: flags are questions, not accusations, and the benefit of the doubt belongs to the student until a real conversation says otherwise.

Educators need the full picture to educate. The goal is to give students somewhere to show their true ability.

Where we are headed

CheatLess works today for real classrooms, in the learning space or at home, online or completely offline. We are working constantly to make it sharper, staying ahead of the fast rising use of AI tools while keeping honest students protected. And the platform is reaching for scale: my aim is to put this in the hands of as many educational professionals as possible, because every classroom deserves a fair and honest view of its students.
